A $12 million sports medicine and performance complex at Texas Health Allen is now open

The 31,000-square-foot facility will provide access to orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation, fitness classes and athletic performance training in Collin County.

After being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new $12 million sports medicine and fitness facility at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen officially opened this month.

Crews broke ground on the building site in 2019 with construction beginning in earnest that November. It was originally scheduled to open last summer.
