McKinney police have released photos in hopes of identifying a man they say put his cellphone under a woman's skirt.
A woman called police around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 3 from the Hobby Lobby off University Drive and Hardin Boulevard to report that a man had placed a cellphone under her 20-year-old daughter's skirt and may have taken a photo or video.
The man ran out of the store and drove west through the parking lot after he was confronted, police said.

The man drove a four-door Acura with a sunroof, which police said may have been a model from 2004 to 2008.
