Dallas police searching for gunman after downtown shooting

No injuries were reported in the incident, police said.

A shooting Monday afternoon in downtown Dallas shattered a window, but no one was injured.

The gunman remained at large several hours after the incident, police said.

Police were called to Main and Griffin streets about 1:50 p.m. after witnesses said a man was shooting, a police spokeswoman said.

DART temporarily delayed light-rail service through downtown because of the police activity, and El Centro College put its main campus and its location at One Main Place on lockdown.
