Man faces murder charge after fatal stabbing at Garland home

A 26-year-old man has been arrested after Garland police say he fatally stabbed another man last week.

Eliud Leonardo Flores faces a murder charge in the death of 24-year-old Josh Gallardo.

According to police, the two men got into a fight about 7:45 p.m. Friday at a home in the 5200 block of Longhorn Trail, near East Oates Road and Broadway Boulevard.

Gallardo was pronounced dead at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas.

Flores was arrested at a store about a mile from the home, police said.

He was being held Monday at the Dallas County jail, with bail set at $250,000. He did not have an attorney listed in court records.
