A Garland man faces a murder charge after Grand Prairie police found a man fatally shot Thursday following a traffic accident.
They found 21-year-old Owen Dewar of Murphy dead from an apparent gunshot wound inside a black Mazda sedan involved in the crash.
Police said 28-year-old Roland Al Randall Jr. was identified as a suspect at the scene and was arrested on a murder charge. It is unclear whether Randall has an attorney.
Authorities did not release additional details about the incident but said they do not believe anyone else was involved in the shooting.
