Surveillance footage showed Ledezma tossing away a handgun at another location, and police recovered a gun from that site, an arrest-warrant affidavit says.

Ledezma was found at another business not far away. After confessing to homicide investigators that he had killed Rubio, police said, he was arrested on a charge of murder and taken to the Dallas County jail.
