Man found shot outside building in Old East Dallas dies, police say
Dallas police responded Wednesday night to the 3500 block of Munger Avenue.

A man who was found shot in Old East Dallas on Wednesday night died at a hospital, police say.
Officers responded just before 10:50 p.m. to the 3500 block of Munger Avenue, near North Hall Street. When the officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot outside of a building, police said.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and took the man to a hospital, where he died. Police identified the man who died as 23-year-old Charles Dennis III.
Police said no suspect description was available and did not release any additional information. An investigation is ongoing.
