A beautiful though warm weekend is in store for Dallas-Fort Worth, the National Weather Service says.
After heavy rainfall in previous weeks, Dallas can expect clear skies this weekend with high temperatures in the mid-90s. Those dry and warm conditions have already started and are expected to continue through the end of the week.
The heat index for Thursday and Friday is expected to be between 95 and 103. Exact heat index predictions for the weekend were not yet available.
A low chance of rain returns early next week, primarily to the south in the Waco area.
