Deservedly so, the Bears also landed on top of USA TODAY’s final college basketball poll of the season after a dominant win over Gonzaga in Monday’s national championship game.
Other area schools to join Baylor in the final poll of the season include Texas, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State.
