TCU QB Hauss Hejny spotted with crutches and boot after short appearance vs. Stanford

The Aledo product entered the game for a brief period before sustaining an apparent injury.

After entering the game for two snaps in the third quarter, TCU quarterback Hauss Hejny was spotted on the sidelines with crutches and a boot.

His first collegiate play was an 8-yard rushing gain, followed by a loss of one yard trying to run up the middle. The Aledo product was a four-star recruit out of high school, leading his team to a 14-2 record and the Class 5A Division I state championship in 2023.

Hejny’s current injury status remains unknown. TCU coach Sonny Dykes didn’t provide any updates on the true freshman quarterback after Friday night’s 34-27 win over Stanford.
