Blum: The Rays might have the best-run franchise in all of professional sports, and now they’ll have a ring to validate that.
Cowlishaw: Either the Lakers or the Lighning adds a local friend to join the 2020 celebrations, and for LA, too many bats for Rays to stop.
Grant: Clayton Kershaw puts the October narrative to rest once and for all, and in his hometown, making it all the sweeter.
Sherrington: Dodgers have too much experience, talent for anonymous Rays, though Arozarena is a name we won’t soon forget.
