Watch: Texas Rangers’ Bruce Bochy receives fifth ejection of season vs. Red Sox

Bochy was arguing a strike three called on Wyatt Langford with the bases loaded and the Rangers trying to mount a comeback.

Texas Rangers manager Bruce Bochy was tossed from Tuesday’s game against the Red Sox.

His fifth ejection of the season came after Wyatt Langford struck out with the bases loaded on a pitch that appeared to be well outside the strike zone.

Home plate umpire Eric Bacchus rewarded Bochy with his 86th career ejection. The Rangers’ skipper has the seventh-most ejections as a manager in league history and is now two ejections behind Frankie Frisch for the sixth-most ejections.

Frustrations appear to be mounting as the Rangers continue to fall further out of the playoff race with about a month and a half remaining in the season.
