Bottom line

While the Stars are off to a great 5-1-0 start after a 4-1 win over the Oilers, the Sabres have gotten out of the gates slowly, currently sporting a 2-4-1 record. Buffalo is well-rested, as it just capped a three-game road trip with a 4-2 win over the Blackhawks on Saturday.
