College football Week 13 predictions: Picks for 20 games, including A&M-LSU, Baylor-Tech and Bedlam

Our panel of college football experts make predictions for 20 games, both straight and against the spread.

Another week of college football is upon us, which means another week of picks from The Dallas Morning News’ panel of college football experts.

The final week of the regular season is full of big matchups for local schools. The biggest of those will be a Saturday night primetime battle in Stillwater between rivals Oklahoma State and Oklahoma. That game will likely have major Big 12 Championship Game implications, especially if Baylor gets the job done against Texas Tech earlier in the day in Waco.

Other local matchups of interest include Texas A&M and LSU renewing their rivalry in Baton Rouge, Texas closing its first season under Steve Sarkisian against Kansas State, and SMU potentially playing its final game for coach Sonny Dykes as the Mustangs welcome Tulsa into town.
