The real estate company called @properties Lone Star Christie’s International Real Estate knows the value of helping its agents grow their business. Take its @ccelerate program, for example, which is designed to elevate agents to the “next level of luxury real estate.”
The exclusive, 12-month training is tailored to the brokerage’s experienced agents who have a growing list of clients. Participants attend local training with the company’s leadership team; they also take part in Zoom calls with high-producing agents around the country, as well as gain entrance to exclusive monthly workshops with the corporate training team.
The company said @ccelerate’s 2023 Dallas class enjoyed an average 25% increase in production over the previous year. While about 20 D-FW agents are invited into the program annually, that number is expected to increase as the brokerage grows.
And it has been growing. Over the last year, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate launched a land and ranch division and expanded into Fort Worth. The Cowtown office has grown to 40 agents, up from 12 when the office opened under Regional Vice President Michael Hoover.
Majority-owned by Jerry Mooty Jr., nephew of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, @properties is focused now on “growing with the right people” and help- ing them make money, Mooty said.
