Ludacris, Ashanti to headline Tacos and Tequila festival in Fort Worth May 18

The music and food festival will be at Panther Island Pavilion.

The Tacos and Tequila Festival is returning to North Texas for the third year, coming back to Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth on May 18.

The music lineup is full of “throwback icons,” like Ludacris, Ashanti, Xzibit and Chamillionaire, but many people show up for the chihuahua beauty pageant as well as lucha libre wrestling and the exotic car showcase.

But tacos and tequila are the real stars at this 21-and-up festival from Kansas City-based Social House Entertainment. This year, the festival will have a new tequila tasting lounge and shot bars, in addition to a variety of margarita options.
