ARLINGTON — Michael Barrow scored three touchdowns – passing, rushing and receiving – as Arlington Martin defeated Arlington Lamar 73-22 Friday at Cravens Stadium.

Down 22-8 in the second quarter, Arlington Lamar’s Robert Brown scored on a 3-yard run to cut the deficit to six points. Arlington Martin (5-1, 2-0 District 8-6A) answered on a 34-yard pass from Tristan Bittle to Ismael Flores to push the lead to 29-16 before Brown scored again on a 78-yard run.

Despite 139 yards rushing from Brown, Arlington Lamar (1-4, 0-1) didn't score for the remainder of the contest as Arlington Martin put up 36 unanswered points in the second half. Konye Frazier helped Arlington Martin build up its advantage with 105 yards rushing to lead the ground attack.

Barrow rushed for a 24-yard touchdown and then caught a 37-yard pass from Bittle in the third quarter. Arlington Martin finished the night with 577 yards of total offense, with Barrow accounting for 149 of those yards.
