The Garland Police Department is seeking the public’s help to solve a four-year-old murder case.
Just before 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 20, 2017, Garland police responded to a reported shooting in the 900 block of East Linda Drive, the department said in a news release.
At the scene, officers found 20-year-old Jocelyn Sarabia-Marlon in the front yard of her home with a gunshot wound.
Sarabia-Marlon was transported to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where she was later pronounced dead, the release said.
Video surveillance obtained by detectives from a nearby residence shows two unidentified men and a small four-door passenger car near the scene of the murder, police say.
One suspect is described as wearing dark-colored pants and a long-sleeved shirt with a reflective sleeve. The other was wearing a dark-colored hoodie and light-colored shorts, the release said.
The department encourages anyone with information about Sarabia-Marlon’s death to call 972-485-4840.
