Everything Mavs fans need to know about Dirk Nowitzki’s jersey retirement, including how to watch

From memorabilia to a museum showcase, there will be plenty in store for Mavs fans.

The day is almost here.

After Wednesday’s game against the Warriors, the Dallas Mavericks will raise Dirk Nowitzki’s No. 41 jersey in the rafters at American Airlines Center.

To honor the franchise’s No. 1 star, who played all 21 of his NBA seasons with the Mavericks and won the team its only championship, Mark Cuban is — naturally — going all out.
